Horizon North Villa is the newest of the four and feels a bit like a stylish hideaway above the valley. The architecture is minimal and fresh, with straight lines, pale tones and lots of glass so the sea and the sky are always part of the view. Inside you have three comfortable bedrooms, two with queen size beds and one with twin beds, which makes the layout very flexible for families or friends travelling together. The open plan living area brings the kitchen, dining space and lounge all in one bright room that opens directly to the pool terrace, so you can move in and out without thinking about it. Outside, the private pool, sun loungers and barbecue corner create a relaxed outdoor living area where most guests end up spending most of the day. Horizon North Villa works very well if you want a modern base with a quiet, almost retreat like feeling but still close to the lake, the beaches and small Cretan villages.
